Karthika has a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Sathyabama University, Chennai. During her stint as a chemist, she realized her interest lies in working with people. Pursuing this interest, she specialized in Human Resource Management in her Master's education. During her career as an HR professional for over 6years, she has worked and gained knowledge in various areas of Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Academic Programme Coordination, Careers Development and Placement Affairs, Employee Retention, and Exit Management.
