Mohamed Mofreh

Mohamed Mofreh is the Research Operations Manager at J-PAL Middle East and North Africa, where he oversees research operations for ongoing projects and field studies. In this role, he focuses on coordinating field operations, ensuring data quality, and streamlining data collection systems. He also leads efforts to integrate digital solutions into research management, including developing dashboards and tools to support data-driven decision-making.

Before joining J-PAL in 2025, Mohamed spent over 12 years at the Egyptian Food Bank, where he was the Head of the Operation Support Unit and Senior Project Supervisor. There, he designed and managed large-scale data collection activities, trained teams of data collectors, and implemented digital survey tools.

Mohamed holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Al-Azhar University, in addition to professional certifications in Project Management and Human Resources Management.
