Research Associate, J-PAL Latin America and the Caribbean
Carolina is a Research Associate at J-PAL LAC. She is interested in research about gender, health, crime, and urban economics. Prior to JPAL, she worked as a consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) in a tutoring project offered to middle schoolers during the COVID-19 pandemic.
In addition, she worked as a teaching assistant in econometrics and microeconometrics at the São Paulo School of Economics from the Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV EESP). She is currently a Ph.D. student in the same institution.
