Roselle Ortiz

Roselle Ortiz is the Finance and Operations Manager of J-PAL Europe, where she coordinates with PSE - Paris School of Economics administrative activities such as human resources, internal procedures, logistics and budget monitoring.

Before joining J-PAL in 2022, she worked in healthcare management in the United States and France. She held leadership roles in hospitals and long-term care facilities, managing teams, budgets, and clinical operations.

Most recently, she was Multi-service Administrator at Ramsay Santé, Jacques Cartier private hospital, supervising intermediate care and cardiac surgery ICU units and leading a team of over 40 staff in quality and operational improvement projects. She previously served as Associate Director and Director of long-term care facilities, managing budgets and teams of up to 34 staff, and led projects to improve quality and care delivery. Earlier in her career, she worked in Los Angeles as Clinical Coordinator in an orthopedic clinic and as Business Office Manager in a long-term care facility.

Roselle holds a masters degree in management from ISEAM and a nursing degree from Mount Saint Mary's University.
