El Mehdi Oulidi is a Research Associate at the Morocco Innovation and Evaluation Lab (MEL), where he supports the design, implementation, and analysis of research projects aimed at enhancing evidence-based policymaking in Morocco, particularly within the education sector.
Prior to joining MEL in 2025, he worked as a Teaching Assistant at the Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P), where he provided academic support in statistics courses and coding with R.
El Mehdi holds a Master’s degree in Economic Analysis for Public Policy and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Economics from UM6P.
