Olga Remesha

Olga Remesha is a Senior Finance & Operations Associate at the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) Global, having joined in March 2026. 

Prior to joining J-PAL, Olga worked with JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc., where she supported education and health initiatives across Africa and Asia. One of her initiatives included building Community Action Centers for Early Childhood (CACEs) to expand access to preschool in rural areas, enabling children to develop foundational learning skills while also addressing child labor challenges in cocoa-growing regions. She oversaw financial planning and execution and managed the financial aspects of proposals, while ensuring compliance with donor requirements and collaborating with global and field-based teams to deliver program impact at scale.

Olga is fluent in French and Kirundi.
