Surbhi Sharma

Surbhi Sharma is associated with J-PAL South Asia since 2019. Currently she is working as a Human Resources Associate at J-PAL South Asia where she works in the talent acquisition field supporting hiring managers to recruit new staff at their verticals. She acts as a resource for staff on relevant HR matters, implementing hiring and onboarding activities 

Prior to her role as Human Resource Associate she has worked in J-PAL as an Admin Associate and Executive Assistant to Directors. In the capacity of Admin Associate she supported day to day administrative, procurement and operational functions by working closely with Admin Manager

Prior to joining J-PAL, Surbhi worked with Australian Technical and Management College (ATMC), Federation University, Delhi as Admissions Officer
