Lauryn Aliwalas

Lauryn Aliwalas joined J-PAL North America in 2026 as the Events and Operations Associate. She works with the Events Manager to plan and execute internal events, and she supports the research, policy, and training teams on external events and programs.

Lauryn previously provided administrative support to faculty and students at the Harvard Faculty of Arts and Sciences Statistics Department. She also worked as a Research Technician at the Massachusetts General Hospital Department of Molecular Biology/Harvard Medical School Department of Genetics.

Lauryn graduated from Smith College with a B.A. in Biological Sciences with a minor in Physics.
