Menna-t-Allah Enan is a Research Associate at J-PAL MENA, where she works on evaluating the impact of the Ultra-Poor Graduation program, an intervention aimed at poverty alleviation, on households’ climate stress perceptions, vulnerabilities, and migration decisions.

Prior to joining J-PAL, Menna worked as a Research Assistant on a randomized controlled trial conducted in collaboration between UNICEF and the Faculty of Economics and Political Science at Cairo University.

Menna holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics, with a minor in Social Science Computing, from the Faculty of Economics and Political Science at Cairo University
