Semane Reddy-Mbewu

Semane Reddy-Mbewu is a Research Intern at J-PAL Africa, where she assists with conducting randomized evaluations aimed at reducing poverty in sub-Saharan Africa.

Prior to joining J-PAL in 2025, she worked in investment advisory and interned with the policy team at the Morocco Employment Lab, where she contributed to the design and communication of randomized evaluations. Semane is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics at Harvard University.
