Chandni Shyam

Chandni is a Research Associate with the Tamil Nadu Cascade project, studying enrollment barriers for the Chief Minister's Comprehensive Health Insurance Scheme in Tamil Nadu.  

Chandni graduated with a Research Masters' in Cultural Anthropology from Utrecht University. Her thesis studied the adaptability of bureaucratic organizations during a crisis. She has also previously worked with the Madras Institute of Development Studies on their research project studying the impact of Covid on vulnerable urban neighborhoods.
