Swetha Teli

Swetha Teli is the Senior Human Resources Associate at J-PAL Global where she partners with hiring managers to recruit new staff and supports their acclimation to the JPAL team. She acts as a resource for staff on relevant HR matters, implementing hiring and onboarding activities and overseeing the performance management process. 

Prior to joining J-PAL Global in September 2022, she supported Human Resources Operations at the MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Lab and Harvard Law School. 

Swetha holds a B.S in Social Psychology from the University of Massachusetts.
