Training and Education Associate, J-PAL Latin America and the Caribbean

Diana Miroslava Muñoz Alonso is a Training and Education Associate at J-PAL LAC, where she provides technical assistance to public officials and civil society organizations for institutional strengthening. As a member of the Training vertical, she contributes to the implementation of courses and workshops, while designing training materials and knowledge products. Furthermore, as part of the Government Partnerships team in Mexico, Diana supports the use of evidence and capacity building within the partnership with the Secretariat of Planning and Citizen Participation of the municipality of Querétaro.

Prior to joining J-PAL in 2024, she served as an Evaluation Consultant, contributing to the design of monitoring systems and the execution of evaluations in sectors such as water management, environmental policy, and socio-emotional skills. Her professional background focuses on public policy analysis and technical support for social development projects in Mexico.

Diana holds an MPP from Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana’s Xochimilco campus and a BA in politics and social management from the same institution. She also holds diplomas in evaluation, human rights, and the environment.
