Tyler Spencer
Policy Manager, J-PAL Global
Tyler Spencer is a Policy Manager at J-PAL Global, where he manages the Finance sector. As a member of the Policy and Communications group, Tyler works with governments, NGOs, academics, and others to build partnerships and advance evidence-informed policymaking.
He focuses on financial inclusion, resilience, and economic development. Prior to joining J-PAL, he worked with Innovations for Poverty Action’s Financial Inclusion Program and UCSD’s Program Design and Evaluation Lab
Tyler holds a Master of International Affairs from UC San Diego with a concentration in International Economics and a BA in History from UC Santa Cruz.
