Senior Assistant, J-PAL Latinoamérica y el Caribe

Isabella Correa is an Senior Assistant at J-PAL LAC, where she works on a randomized controlled trial (RCT) evaluating the impact of a mentorship program designed to expand labor market opportunities for women in the final stages of their undergraduate studies or recent graduates.

Previously, she worked on education-related projects at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), Brazilian Ministry of Education and FGV CEIPE. In the field of labor economics, with a focus on gender, she collaborated on a project with the Partnership for Economic Policy (PEP).

She holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Fluminense Federal University, specializing in the economics of education.
