Namrata Pandey

Namrata Pandey is a Senior HR Associate at J-PAL South Asia, based in Delhi, where she works within the HR team on end-to-end recruitment. As a member of the HR team, Namrata focuses on recruitment and related HR processes.

Prior to joining J-PAL, Namrata worked with Taggd as a Senior Talent Acquisition professional, where she handled end-to-end recruitment.

Namrata holds a BA in Economics (Hons) from Banaras Hindu University and an MBA from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University.
