Menna-t-Allah Enan is a Research Associate at J-PAL Middle East and North Africa, where she works on evaluating the impact of the Ultra-Poor Graduation program on households' climate stress perceptions and migration decisions, micro-equity interventions for smallholder farmers in Upper Egypt, the Darsel AI-powered personalized learning platform in Jordan, and labor market interventions addressing irregular migration in Egypt.

Prior to joining J-PAL in 2024, Menna worked as a Research Assistant on a randomized controlled trial conducted in collaboration between UNICEF and the Faculty of Economics and Political Science at Cairo University. 

Menna holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics, with a minor in Social Science Computing, from the Faculty of Economics and Political Science at Cairo University
