Samia Abo Youssef

Samia Abo Youssef is a Senior Finance and Operations Officer at J-PAL Middle East and North Africa at the American University in Cairo where she works at the Finance and Operations vertical, streamlining financial processes to enhance overall management efficiency.

Her responsibilities include managing payment operations, financial reporting, and grant tracking and administration, overseeing general operations, knowledge management and databases, procurement, contracting service providers, and other support services.

Prior to joining J-PAL, Samia worked as a Financial Supervisor and as a Financial Controller at Titan Cement Egypt.

Samia holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Business from the Faculty of Management at the German University in Cairo and a Finance Diploma accredited by the Regional IT Institute.
