Training Associate, J-PAL Southeast Asia
Nadila Trisie Arabella is a Training Associate at J-PAL Southeast Asia where she is currently developing and delivering trainings for researchers, policymakers, and development professionals on conducting rigorous evaluation and utilizing evidence for decision making. Prior to assuming this position, Dila was an intern at J-PAL Southeast Asia and assisted in the Innovations in Data and Experiments for Action (IDEA) Initiative.
Dila earned a bachelor's degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada with a cum laude predicate. During her time in college, she was a teaching assistant for a mathematics for economics course. She is one of the Co-Founders and the Secretary General of the Association of Researchers on Justice for the Marginal Group (ARJUNA), a community that aims to encourage young professionals and university students to produce high quality research.
