Sadhana Babuji

Sadhana Babuji is a Senior Research Associate at J-PAL South Asia, based in Chennai, where she works in the Research team on the TN Aging Portfolio, contributing to the Panel Study and Heat Pilot. Her role involves research and data-related work supporting these studies on aging in Tamil Nadu.

Prior to this, Sadhana worked on TKT in Tamil Nadu and Punjab and the Identifying and Nurturing Math Talent project in Tamil Nadu. She has also worked as a Junior Gender Specialist on mixed-methods research examining urban sanitation and socioeconomic determinants across Chennai slum settlements, as a Research Analyst for the Greater Chennai Corporation with female councillors, and as a Research Associate on RUSA 2.0 at the University of Madras.

Sadhana holds a Master of Research (MReS) from the University of Glasgow.
