Smitha Cunigal

Smitha Cunigal is a Research Manager at JPAL South Asia. Prior to this position, she worked as an M&E consultant at Samhita, focusing on evaluating large-scale blended-finance models designed for micro-entrepreneurs. She also worked at Lead at Krea as a Senior Research Associate where she led impact evaluations at the intersection of Gender and Financial Inclusion and spearheaded capacity building initiatives. 

Previously, she was working as a Research Associate at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore in areas of Gender and Public Health. Smitha holds a BSc Economics Degree from Singapore Management University.
