Erika Deserranno is an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at Bocconi University. Previously, she was an Associate Professor in the MEDS Department of the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. Her research focuses on the intersection of development, personnel, and organizational economics. Erika researches issues related to the selection, recruitment, and motivation of workers in both private and public organizations. She received her PhD in Economics from the London School of Economics.
