Anoud Ehab
Policy Asscoiate, J-PAL Middle East and North Africa
Anoud Ehab is a Policy Associate at J-PAL MENA, where she supports the Humanitarian Action Portfolio by fostering partnerships with relevant stakeholders and promoting the use of evidence to inform the design and implementation of social programs across the MENA region.
Prior to joining J-PAL MENA in 2026, she worked on multiple research-focused projects and acted as a Consultant to the Poverty and Equity division at the World Bank, where she contributed to analytical work on poverty, labor market dynamics, and shared prosperity.
Anoud holds an MA in Economics in International Development from the American University in Cairo and has co-authored publications on green jobs and the future of work in Egypt, household vulnerability to shocks, and labour market challenges in North Africa.
