Sari El Garraya

Sari El Garraya is a Research Associate at J-PAL Middle East and North Africa. He works on evaluating the impact of promises by job seekers on their commitment to job search. He is also working on evaluating the impact of a holistic 360 improvement of the quality of nurseries in addition to nutrition support, and female empowerment awareness sessions on access to nurseries, early childhood development, and female labor force participation. Sari also supports the research vertical in the MENA office in mainstreaming the application to IRB approvals. Sari holds a Bachelor degree and a Master's degree in Emerging Markets from the School of Business in the University of Maastricht.
