Policy Manager, J-PAL Middle East and North Africa
Farida El-Gueretly is a policy manager at J-PAL where she works on education-related research and policy outreach related to promoting evidence-informed decision-making in Egypt and the broader Middle East region. She was also managing the impact evaluation of the Graduation approach in Egypt. Prior to joining J-PAL in 2018, she worked at the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt, Ashoka Arab World, and taught in primary education.
Farida holds a master's in international education policy from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a bachelor's of arts in international development studies from McGill University.
