Paco Gonzalez

Paco Gonzalez is a Senior ADEPT and Training Associate at J-PAL LAC, where he works on educational programs to equip policymakers and researchers to conduct and apply evidence from impact evaluations. As a member of ADEPT and Training, he focuses on strengthening the capacity of civil servants and building partnerships with universities and governments to increase access to educational pathways for evidence-based policymaking.

Prior to joining J-PAL in 2025, he worked at a think tank in Mexico providing technical assistance and capacity building to criminal justice institutions across the country.

Paco holds an MPA from Princeton University’s School of Public and International Affairs, with a concentration in international development, and a BA from New York University Abu Dhabi.
