Research Manager, J-PAL South Asia
Aman is a Research Manager at J-PAL South Asia. He works with the capacity-building team in developing knowledge products on the usage of administrative data for government and other private data providers. He also works closely on a range of capacity-building activities including advisory support on data-sharing policies, customized workshops and trainings on data quality and use of administrative data. He supports the IDEA team’s dissemination of knowledge products and best practices on the use of administrative data for policy decision-making.
Prior to joining J-PAL, Aman worked in Transforming Rural India Foundation and PRADAN in the implementation and integration of programs around health and nutrition, good governance, livelihoods, gender etc. He has worked very closely in multi-stakeholder engagement and management.
Aman has a postgraduate with a specialization in Development Management from the Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal.
