Senior Associate, J-PAL Latin America and the Caribbean
Cesar Huaroto is a Senior Policy Associate at J-PAL LAC where he works on the incubation of a public policies innovation lab within the environmental regulatory agency of Peru, OEFA. Before joining J-PAL in 2023, he worked at UDEP and PUCP teaching economics undergraduate classes, and as an Impact Evaluation Specialist in MineduLab. Cesar holds a PhD in Economics from PUC Chile.
