Anavi Jaiswal

Anavi Jaiswal is an HR Manager at J-PAL South Asia, based in New Delhi, where she leads recruitment support across all verticals, including Research, Policy, Training, and Communications. Her work focuses on strengthening hiring processes, partnering with teams on talent needs, and using recruitment data and insights to support effective hiring decisions.

Prior to joining J-PAL South Asia, Anavi worked across talent acquisition, executive search, healthcare, and the development sector, with organisations including Arthan Careers, Grassik Search, Teach For India, and Sir Ganga Ram Hospital.

Anavi holds a B.Tech in Bioinformatics, a Master’s in Management from Queen Mary University of London, and a Master’s in Computer Applications from Subharti University.
