Gaurav Joshi is a Senior HR Associate at J-PAL South Asia, where he supports the Human Resources team with a focus on learning and development initiatives. Before joining Peepul, he served as an Employee Relations Executive at HelloFresh in Banbury, United Kingdom, where he managed recruitment across multiple sites, partnered with business leaders on employee relations matters, and supported HR compliance and people operations. He has also held HR roles focused on talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and process improvement, enabling him to build well-rounded expertise across the employee lifecycle.

Gaurav holds an MBA from Leeds Beckett University in the United Kingdom. His professional interests include learning and development, employee experience, and building people-centered HR practices that support organizational growth.
