Gaurav Joshi

Gaurav Joshi is a Senior HR Associate at J-PAL South Asia, where he supports the Human Resources team with a focus on learning and development initiatives. He works on supporting the design and implementation of programs that strengthen employee capability, enhance the onboarding experience, and foster continuous learning across the organization. He also contributes to broader HR initiatives that support employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Prior to joining J-PAL South Asia, Gaurav worked as an HR Associate at Peepul, where he partnered with hiring managers on talent acquisition, led onboarding and offboarding processes, supported employee engagement initiatives, and contributed to strengthening people operations and HR processes. Before joining Peepul, he served as an Employee Relations Executive at HelloFresh in Banbury, United Kingdom, where he managed recruitment across multiple sites, partnered with business leaders on employee relations matters, and supported HR compliance and people operations. He has also held HR roles focused on talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and process improvement, enabling him to build well-rounded expertise across the employee lifecycle.

Gaurav holds an MBA from Leeds Beckett University in the United Kingdom. His professional interests include learning and development, employee experience, and building people-centered HR practices that support organizational growth.
