Jyotsna Kandulna

Jyotsna Kandulna is an HR Associate at J-PAL South Asia where she provides solid foundational support in the HR operations by assisting in employee orientation, induction activities and new HR initiatives.

Jyotsna holds a post graduate diploma in HR Management from the Xavier Institute of Social Service, Ranchi and has over 4 years of broad experience in recruitment, employee motivation and well-being across organizations flourishing in the development sector. She joined J-PAL South Asia in 2021.
