Sharvari Sanjay Karandikar

Sharvari Karandikar is a Senior Research Associate at J-PAL South Asia where she works on the Math Games Project.

Prior to joining J-PAL in 2026, she worked on research and MEL teams at education implementation organisations such as Simple Education Foundation and Leadership For Equity. She has also been a Teach For India Fellow, where she taught at a government school in Pune for two years.

Sharvari holds a Master's in Policy Studies in Education from University College London, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from FLAME University.
