Sukhmani Kaur

Sukhmani holds a Bachelor's degree in Community Science from Punjab Agricultural University, where she cultivated a wide range of skills integral to community development, spanning agriculture, rural growth, and effective communication. Her academic journey included internships at Times of India and Rural Awareness Work Experience, which offered practical insights into media communication and grassroots development. Moreover, she undertook the role of a field manager for a project with Columbia University, showcasing her adeptness in leadership and organization. These experiences equipped her with a robust skill set for potential career pathways. Leading as a field manager underscored her capacity for coordination and leadership in high-stakes scenarios.

Presently, she works as a Project Associate at J-PAL South Asia, focusing on the Digital Literacy in India project, based at Ludhiana.
