Aanya Minhas

Aanya Minhas is a Policy Associate at J-PAL South Asia, working with the Education and the Environment, Energy, and Climate Change (E2C2) sectors within the Policy, Training, and Communications vertical. In her role, she supports matchmaking between researchers and government partners, conducts landscape analyses, and contributes to the development of Education Evidence Labs (Ed Labs) in India. She also works with the Air and Water Labs (SARWA) initiative, supporting its collaboration with the Department of Drinking Water and Sanitation (DDWS) on the Jal Jeevan Mission and Swachh Bharat Mission through researcher–government matchmaking and evidence synthesis related to water supply and sanitation programs in rural settings.

Prior to joining J-PAL, Aanya worked with Global Health Strategies, where she contributed to research and communications on large-scale food fortification, nutrition and vaccine markets, and with WWF-India, where she worked on policy analysis for wildlife conservation.

Aanya holds a BA (Hons.) in Political Science from Indraprastha College for Women, University of Delhi.
