Aravind Nair

Aravind is a Senior Policy Associate in the Scale-Ups team at J-PAL South Asia.

Before joining J-PAL, he was working with the Centre for Research in Schemes and Policies (CRISP) on the evaluation of flagship schemes launched by the Government of Rajasthan, primarily focusing on the state's Urban Employment Guarantee Scheme.

He was also an Associate in the 2021-22 Cohort of the Chief Minister's Good Governance Associates (CMGGA) programme in Haryana where he worked closely with multiple government departments on the implementation of social-sector schemes at the district level.

Aravind holds a Masters in Development from Azim Premji University, Bengaluru and a BA (Honors) in Economics from Ramjas College, University of Delhi.
