Antisha Nigam is a Research Associate at the J-PAL South Asia, where she currently supports PhD students’ portfolios at the Social Networks Lab.

Before joining J-PAL, Antisha worked on research projects at the Centre for Economic Performance and the Suntory and Toyota International Centres for Economics and Related Disciplines at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

Her areas of interest include development economics, labor and firm behavior, productivity, and the economics of crime and policing.

She holds a Bachelor's in Commerce from the University of Delhi.
