Muhammad Putra
Research Associate, J-PAL Southeast Asia
Muhammad Putra is a Research Associate at J-PAL Southeast Asia. In this role, he works on projects related to the Inclusive Financial Innovation Initiative (IFII) and urban transportation.
Prior to joining J-PAL, Putra was a Research Assistant at several research centers within Universitas Gadjah Mada, supporting projects on energy, climate, willingness to pay, insurance, and regional development.
Putra holds a Bachelor’s degree in economics from Universitas Gadjah Mada. His undergraduate thesis explored the link between air pollution and mental health in Indonesia.
