Faradilla Rahmasari

Faradilla Rahma Sari is a Research Associate at J-PAL Southeast Asia, where she works on projects related to the Inclusive Financial Innovation Initiative (IFII).

Prior to joining J-PAL in 2026, she worked as a Research Analyst at the World Bank in Indonesia, focusing on the education sector. She also worked as a researcher at a local research organization, called the Research Institute of Socio-Economic Development (RISED), where she conducted studies related to the digital economy and regional economic development.

Fara holds a Master of Science (MSc) in economics from Universitas Gadjah Mada and a Bachelor of Economics from Universitas Airlangga. She is passionate about conducting evidence-based research for policymaking, particularly in the areas of education, social protection, and economic development.
