Francisca Sánchez

Francisca Sánchez is a Senior Finance and Operations Manager at J-PAL LAC. Her main objective is to ensure that the administrative processes and activities are adequately structured to ensure the correct management of the financial resources of J-PAL LAC, as well as associated projects and implemented through alliances with other Universities; likewise, she must ensure the proper management of human resources, promoting a healthy and efficient organizational culture.

Before joining J-PAL, Francisca worked in the private sector and has extensive experience in administration, finances, process creation, compliance, budgeting, and managing large accounts. She has a long career in the agricultural sector, as well as experience in consumer retail and the bank. Francisca has a Bachelor in Business Administration, with a major in Economics, from Universidad de Santiago de Chile, and holds a diploma in Management Control from Universidad Adolfo Ibañez.
