Muhsine Senart is a Project Coordinator at J-PAL Europe, where she helps run a randomized controlled trial in France that looks at how Artificial Intelligence affects education.

As part of the Innovations, Data and Experiments in Education program, she works on issues at the intersection of digital technology and learning.

Before joining J-PAL in 2025, she was an Analyst Consultant at the World Bank, working on several human development projects. She contributed to the flagship State of Social Protection report and supported multiple initiatives focused on education and the empowerment of girls and women.

Muhsine holds a master’s degree in Economics from the Sciences Po School of Research. She is fluent in English, French, and Turkish.
