Shireen Shajumon is a Research Associate at J-PAL South Asia. Her current work focuses on exploring how organizational practices and compensation structures influence the climate resilience of worker productivity.

Prior to joining J-PAL in 2025, Shireen worked as a Risk Modelling and Analytics Specialist at UBS, where she spent three years assessing quantitative risk models.

Shireen holds an MS in Quantitative Economics from the Indian Statistical Institute, Delhi, and a BA in Economics from the University of Delhi.
