Khushi Singh

Khushi is a Senior Policy Associate at J-PAL South Asia, working with the Environment, Energy, and Climate Change sector within the Policy, Training, and Communications vertical.

Prior to joining J-PAL, Khushi led multiple work streams at the Air Pollution Action Group (A-PAG), working directly with senior management to drive fundraising, build government partnerships, and design new programs to address major pollution sources. She was also a founding member of the social impact practice at Josh Talks, leading flagship projects with partners such as the Gates Foundation and ACT Grants. She has consulting experience delivering education and gender-focused initiatives with the World Bank and state governments, including in Nagaland and Bihar.

Khushi holds a Master’s degree in Governance, Development and Public Policy from the Institute of Development Studies, University of Sussex, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ashoka University.
