Rucha Takle

Rucha Takle is a Senior Research Associate at J-PAL South Asia, where she manages the data infrastructure for the drug prevention project in Punjab.

Prior to this role, she worked on the gender project and the flexibility of work contracts project in Odisha, as well as the schools project in Tamil Nadu.

Before joining J-PAL, she served as a research assistant at the Centre for Development Studies at Jawaharlal Nehru University.

Rucha holds a master’s degree in applied economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University.
