Rishika Titiyal is a Research Associate at J-PAL South Asia, based at the Social Networks Lab in Bangalore, where she contributes to the networks suite of projects across thematic areas including livelihoods, climate resilience, and community development.

Prior to joining J-PAL, Rishika worked across analytical roles with a strong interest in understanding human behavior and the factors that shape individual and community choices. Her previous research experience includes working with self-help groups (SHGs) in rural Maharashtra, where she studied collective decision-making, governance structures, and financial management within the groups. This experience strengthened her interest in applying behavioral insights to development research.

Rishika holds a Master of Science in Analytics from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from Hindu College, University of Delhi.
