Research Associate, J-PAL South Asia

Pradhyumna Karthik is a Research Associate at J-PAL South Asia. He is currently engaged in research pertaining to the Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM), in partnership with the Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department, Government of Karnataka, and the Department of Drinking Water and Sanitation, Government of India. His research interests lie at the intersection of public goods accessibility, behavioural economics, and institutional frameworks."

Prior to joining J-PAL, he interned at The New Indian Express as a Features Journalist.

He holds an MSc in Applied Development Economics from The Department of International Development, The London School of Economics, and a Bachelors in Economics (Hons.) from Christ University, Bangalore.
