Reihane Zitouni

Reihane Zitouni is a Policy & Training Associate at the Morocco Innovation and Evaluation Lab (MEL), where she develops and facilitates capacity building events for different stakeholders, and works with policymakers and partner organizations to promote the use of rigorous evidence in policy design and implementation.

Prior to joining MEL in 2025, Reihane gained experience in international cooperation and science diplomacy through positions at the German Embassy in Rabat, Morocco and the Alliance Française in Manila, Philippines.

She holds a Master’s degree in International Governance and Diplomacy, with a regional focus on the MENA, from Sciences Po Paris, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political and Social Sciences from Sciences Po and Freie Universität Berlin.
