Farah Sami is a Research Associate at J-PAL Middle East and North Africa, where she works on evaluating the social costs of debtors’ prisons and the financial market impacts of their abolition in Egypt, as well as assessing the impact of a nursing training program for young women in Southern Egypt.

Hansa Parmar works as a Survey Operations Manager at J-PAL South Asia where she provides survey operations support to projects across North and west J-PAL South Asia.

Kamal Singh Jhala is a Senior Project Associate at J-PAL South Asia, where he works on the Mindspark Project.

Deepanshu Sharma is a Senior Associate (Data) at J-PAL South Asia where he handles data entry processes (in-house and outsourced) and provides multifarious data support to J-PAL projects.

Mehar Saxena is a Research Associate at J-PAL South Asia where she works on the “Debt Recovery, Information Provision, and Legal Counseling for Firms: Experimental Evidence from Courts in India”.

Mohamed Murthala joined J-PAL South Asia in September 2013 as a Senior Administrative Associate. He has six years of experience in the areas of administration and accounts in India and Saudi Arabia.
