The India Scale-Up Summit 2025: An ASPIRE Convening is a day-long, immersive experience that brings together leaders from governments, philanthropy, academia, and the civil society to explore pathways for scaling evidence-based programs.  

The Summit is both a celebration of our collective successes and a moment to bring together leaders committed to advancing the next chapter of scaling evidence-based programs. Across 10 power-packed sessions, fireside chats, and an interactive 'ASPIRE Experience Center,' participants will unpack: 

  • What does it take to scale through government systems?
  • How philanthropy fuels scaling?
  • Why is there no one-size-fits-all approach?

ASPIRE Experience Center

The ASPIRE Experience Center at the Summit was an immersive space designed to give guests a behind-the-scenes-look at some of the seminal projects that have been successful in driving impact at scale. Our guests got to interact with "living books" — people who have worked extensively on these projects — to learn what it truly takes to scale evidence-based programs. 

Together, these scale-ups are reaching more than 26 million people and have unlocked US$425 million in government co-funding. They include:
