Francis Annan is an assistant professor of economics and insurance at the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University, a fellow at the Center for Development Economics and Policy and the Center for Environmental Economics and Policy, and a consultant at the World Bank. Francis’ research lies at the intersection of development economics, household finance and applied microeconomics, with a geographic focus on sub-Saharan Africa, India, and the United States. He received his PhD in sustainable development from Columbia University.
