Vaishnavi LNU

Vaishnavi is a Research Associate at J-PAL South Asia working on Noora Health Project.

Prior to this, she worked at University of Konstanz and Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA). During her past research experiences, she worked on multiple research and policy projects related to mental well-being, education, skill development, education, and water governance.

Vaishnavi holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University and a Bachelor’s degree from Banaras Hindu University. Her research interests include health, education, labour markets, inequality, and behavioural outcomes. She joined J-PAL South Asia in 2026.
